This tool will enable you calculate the actual out of pocket cost for up to six properties for a single person or couple. It is pretty self explanetory to use. The categories pretty much reflect the categories used by the Australian Taxation Office.

There is also an additional worksheet that will project the long term  net tax position for your portfolio.

Sorry Mac users it requires VBA so you need either Excel 2004 or 2011.
